Cancellation Policy
Booking: All sessions must be booked and prepaid through the online system to secure your appointment. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the full session fee being charged, as this time slot cannot be offered to another client. To cancel or reschedule, please create an account using the "Log In" section of my website www.embodied-psychotherapy.co No-Show Policy: If you miss an appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. If you purchase a membership to access ongoing therapy, you can cancel the membership 48 hours in advance with no penalty. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. These policies ensure fairness to all clients and respect for the therapist’s time.
